We are looking for an experienced CAD Drafter with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. You will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings of our milwork, cabinetry and custom furniture for our various clients. You will work closely with our design team to accurately portray their concepts and ideas efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create drawings of interior residential spaces (e.g. elevations, sections, MEP, RCP) with a high level of detail and precision
• Create shop drawings for millwork and cabinetry that are highly detailed
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of concepts and ideas
• Work with engineers to ensure drawings align with technical specifications and requirements
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Inspect and review models and drawings for accuracy and consistency

Requirements & Work Experience

• Legally able to work in the US
• Show extensive portfolio of own work
• Expert in AutoCAD - Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Experience with real construction projects, site visits, take-offs, etc.
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
